ANUE advancing change in the public sector

Posted 11 October 2013 7:29pm

The Public Sector Change and Transformation Forum held in Singapore last month brings together public sector leaders from around the southeast Asia region to share experiences, and develop new ideas for leading change and implementing transformation across government.

More than 40 ministers and department heads from Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, India, Indonesia and Philippines attended the forum to discuss tools and strategies for managing complex change.

Robert Styles joined Gary Saliba, a Visiting Fellow at ANU's Crawford School of Public Policy, to deliver the forum's 2 day workshop covering effectively creating and sustaining momentum for public sector change, and advanced complex change management in government.

The over-subscribed workshop was a roaring success with participants finding the workshop interesting and insightful, and requests for sessions to be delivered elsewehere in the region.
